It is with great pleasure that we welcome experienced biotech entrepreneur David Oxlade to base4innovation as Chairman of the Board of Directors. David Oxlade is an experienced health care business executive; until recently a Director and Chief Executive of Xenova Group plc, David is also a Non-Executive Director of Cobra Biomanufacturing plc. During his career, David has been involved in the development of a number of public and private innovative healthcare businesses in Europe, North America and Asia. Prior to joining the Xenova Group, David held managerial and Board level positions with several international and global companies, including that of President of Syva Company, the California based subsidiary of Hoechst AG, ICI Diagnostics, Boehringer Mannheim GmbH (now part of Roche) and Glaxo Research.
